If you have already have an account in Citizen Portal then enter your login details for apply Police Verification Certificate, but if you have not then Click on Register Button.

Enter you personal details and choose a Login ID and password and click on Submit Button. A OTP has been receive on your Mobile No. so have to enter OTP then your account will be create successfully.

Then enter your username and password and fill the captcha code and click on Login Button.

Now click on Character Certificate Request Tab.

Now fill all the details and upload your Aadhar Card as ID Proof and Address Proof. After filled the form click on below Submit Button on this page. Then page automatically redirect challan website, you have to pay Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) for charges. After pay the process will take 2-3 days. You will get a phone call from Police Station for verification, he may visit your home. Most of the case they can not visit he verified your details by phone and he may be ask to attend police station. After completed all the verification process you can download the Character Certificate / Police Verification Certificate.

Now select the above details which i have selected (zoom and see the details) and then click on Submit Button. Then a Link will be generate in Print Tab, click there for download your Character Certificate/ Police Verification Certificate.
