First you have to download the Official Application of Indian Govt. which link is available in below line.

After installed the application just open the app on your mobile.

You can see 2 box. first is Mobile No. and second is Password. If you have already create id on this app then enter the mobile no. and password, but you have not created id and you are download and open first time then see in the left side New User ? option is available, just click here and create you id using your personal details. But without create id you also access this app. Just see in the below a SKIP LOGIN option is available. Click Here for further process.

Now a new page will be appear. For Apply Voter ID Card just click on the FORMS option.

So many option is you can see like New Apply, Transfer/Shifting which is use in case the person transferred or marriage, Delete Voter Card etc. So we want to apply a New Voter ID Card so we have to click on the Apply Online (New) option which you see on the first.

Now click on the New Voter Registration option for apply.

Then click on the Continue Button.

Now select your State, District and Constituency Name and click on the Next Button for next step.

Now enter you details like Name, Date of Birth, Email Address and Mobile No. and click on the check box and finally click on Next Button.

Now enter your full address as present and permanent and click on the Next Button.

Then enter the name of your Father/Mother/Husband with relation. If the candidate is a disable person then mention and click on the Next Button.

Now upload the documents. First you have upload Passport size photograph. Then upload the Age Proof and lastly upload the Address Proof and click on the Next Button.

After any document uploaded a file will be automatically attached, So you have upload all the documents. Remember you age is above 20 years then you have to upload one more document i.e. Age Declaration which form is available in the 2nd option. Just click on the Download Age Declaration Form and download and printout the form and filled it. After that scan the declaration form and upload here. Once all the document uploaded then click on the Next Button.

Once your document uploaded a preview will be appear. Kindly verify your entered details and found if anything mistake or want to change anything then just go back using of red button available in the below and modify it. Then click on the Final Submit Button.

Now you can see Reference No. just keep it for future reference. You ID Card process take approx 3-4 months. Once your id card will be made then you will receive by post.
