How to solve the Pre-Check Services Failed Error ?

If you have found this error at the time of opening the account of your any customer then your account will be definitely reject due to pre check service error. Let's go for the solution for this error.

 

 

Precheck Service Failed

 

When any customer come and ask for open an Jan Dhan Account or Zero Balance Account, you are start the process and open an account. But If you face the problem Pre-Check Service Faile Error. There are 3 type of reason for this error.

Reason No.1- Customer already have an account of Jan Dhan of any SBI Branch.

Reason No. 2- Customer already have an account of Zero Balance Account on Post Office.

Reason No. 3- Customer have an account with any Bank with Zero Balance Account.

 

SBI never facilate that customer who have already have an Jan Dhan Account or (0) Balance account in any Bank. So when the customer will come to your Centre first you have to ask to them do you have an account of zero balance in any bank then you can start the process of open account.

 

Precheck Service Failed

 

Most of the cases if this error will face any CSP then they click on Continue Customer Creation and with the help of Reference No. the account opening process is successful complete but after submit the application form you form get rejected due to the error of Pre-Check Service Failed. If you face this problem your account will definitely reject so don't click on continue customer creation and do the further process, because no any positive result you found. So first when the customer is coming for account opening just enquire and ask them for few questions.

Who have already have an account in any bank with zero balance then the customer can not open another zero balance account.
