After create a registration id you can enter the login details and click on Login Button.
Now click on Services Tab. A drop down menu appear. Select Worker Registration option, then select Registration option then select Submit Registration Form option from this page.

Now fill all the details of your family and lastly click on Submit Button.

How to Download the Labour Card after successful of Online ?
Now click on Services Tab. A drop down menu appear. Select Worker Registration option, then select Registration option then select Check Application Status Form option from this page.
After completed of apply you have to wait 24 hours to track your application and then you can download your Labour Card.
