Kuch behetarin Tips AEPS istemal karne walon ke liye:-

1- Agar aap kisi customer ka paisa withdrawal karne ka business karte ho to apko apne paas ek Transaction Register rakhna jaruri hai. Usme aap kiska paisa cutt hua kiska success hua uska signature ye sab apko maintain karna chahiye kyun ki kai baar customer paise leke bhi meine nahi liya bolte hain tab apko police chakkar na katna pade isliye apko ek Transaction Register to rakhna hi chahiye.

2- Jab bhi aap kisi customer ke account se AEPS user karke money withdrawal karte hain tab paisa agar cutt hota hai customer ke khate se or apke khate me agar nahi aye to aap ye baat gaanth bandhlo ki wo paisa apke wallet me kabhi nahi ayega, wo sirf us customer ke khate me hi refund ho jata hai isliye isi douran aap use wo paisa mat do.

3- Eise case me apko dharya or patience rakhna jaruri hai, customer ko ulta sidha mat bolen nahi to wo kabhi bhi apke shop me nahi ayega. Is bich apko customer ko samjhna hai ki sir apka paisa apke account se cutt hua hai or network ki error ki wajah se apka paisa humare wallet me bhi abhitak nahi aya. Ye paisa apke khate me within 24 hour me refund ho jayega. Eisa apko us customer ko achhe se samjhana chahiye.

4- Lekin paisa agar customer ke khate me 24 hour me nahi ata hai to aapko ek kaam karna hai. Me apko ek AEPS Transaction Failed Complaint Form de dunga, jahan apko fill karna hai form ko us customer ko dena hai, wo apna details fill up karne ke baad jis bank me uska account hai wahan wo deposit karega.

5- Fir apko ek or kaam bhi karna hoga, jis company ka aap AEPS istemal karte ho us company ka helpdesk (Email) me apko ek email bhi likh kar wo sare details dena hai jaise Transaction Date, Time, Amount, Reference No. etc. Or fir bhi apka kaam nahi hota hai ya fir Bank wale bhi apki baat nahi na sune to is Email id par (Email id- aeps@npci.org.in) apko sari details send karni hai.
