Agar apke paas ek CSC Center hai ya fir aapko ek CSC Center chahiye to apko ye Article me bahut important baten sikhne ko milega. CSC me ek bahut achhi earning hone wali service hai jiska naam hai DIGI PAY. Ye service ko user karke aap Customer ka account se cash withdrawal kar sakte ho, Money Transfer kar sakte ho, Balance Enquiry kar sakte ho or ek achhi earning bhi kar sakte ho. Lekin CSC ki taraf se kuch update ayi hui hai DIGI PAY ke bare me.

1- VLE should take cash from Customer before initiating transaction.

Matlab agar aapke shop koi customer ata hai or Cash Deposit karne ke liye kahta hai to aapko sabse pehle customer se paise le lena chahiye. Kyun ki kai baar eisa hota hai ki customer ke account me aapne paise deposit kar diye hain or apko wo paise de nahi raha hai, ya uske paas utne paise nahi hai, ya wo card se swipe karke paise dunga bol raha hai, ya wo bhag bhi jaa sakta hai eise bahut se karan hai, to jab bhi Customer ke account me paise dalne ke baat ho to apko deposit karne se pehle cash lena jaruri hai baad me aap deposit kar sakte ho, Ye ek badhia update hai CSC ke taraf se.

2- Digipay - Cash Receipt facility must be available on your center.

Agar koi customer aake AEPS se cash withdrawal kare ya fir money transfer karen. Transaction successful hone ke baad apko ek rasid customer ko dena chahiye.

3- If the Transaction is declined (failed) then VLE must keep cash & provide a receipt to the customer.

Agar aap kisi bhi customer ka cash withdrawal kar rahe ho or transaction declined (failed) ho jata hai to aapko customer ko cash nahi dena hai, kyun ki jab bhi eisa hota hai to wo paisa apke wallet me nahi balki customer ke account me hi deposit hota hai. Ye update ko aapko dhyan se palan karna hai nahi to aapko nuksan ho sakta hai.

4- VLE must maintain a Register in which every entry of AEPS Financial Transaction (i.e. Cash Withdrawal, Cash Deposit & Domestic Money Transfer) must be recorded along with customer signature.

 Apko apne CSC Center me ek Transaction Register rakhna chahiye. Koi bhi tarah ka transaction kyun na ho jab bhi Digipay me karoge to apko Register maintain karna jaruri hai. Isse aap safe and secure rahoge. Jab bhi customer ko cash withdrawal karke paise doge to uska signature or transfer karoge tab bhi apko signature karke apne paas rakhna jaruri hai. Kal ko koi problem ho to aapko ek evidence ya proof mil jayega.
