Now enter your CSC ID and then click on Continue Button.

Now fill up this form like state, district, branch name with code and enter mobile no. Then select the distance from your center to bank, if  the distance is more than 15 KM then you can not apply, or if the distance is less then 15 KM then click on terms and conditions check box and click on submit button.

Then your data is automatically go to the CSC database. They will verify your data after confirmation if you can get IDBI Bank BC ID.
